Asana & Meditation Class

 


Ongoing Asana and Meditation class led
by Shri Mahayogi's disciples

Asana practice can only be established through continuous dedication and meticulous refinement. Shri Mahayogi encourages to practice with fellow disciples and devotees at our regular classes in order to achieve the depth and focus required to progress.

Meditation in Class

meditation by calming the mind through asana (postures), kriyas (purification) and pranayama (prana control). Traditional practice of hatha yoga. Poses are held, while emphasizing long and complete exhalations. Concentrated, meditative movement.

If you cannot practice asanas, you can practice pranayama and meditation.

Don’t worry about flexibility. If you practice with correct breathing, you will still receive the benefit of asanas.
