Continue to practice meditation during the quiet hours, spending time meditatively
just before you go to sleep. Realization comes all of a sudden.
Truly It is here now. Prepare yourself by eliminating all attachments which
are the obstacles in the mind to realizing It. Be ready to die at any time.
Get rid of thoughts adhered to the "I-consciousness," isolating "I" from
all else, and continually seek the answers to "Who am I?" Meditation
will cease in samadhi.
