Translation of an excerpt from a satsangha in Kyoto January 29, 2011
Master: Truly, the more you deepen your practice of Yoga, the more you keenly recognize the subtle activities of the mind—pride, conceit, etc. So the practice is the continuous work of eliminating [impurities in the mind.] This is just as it is stated since ancient times: “It is like walking on razor’s edge.” The body will be cut and die if one does not pay meticulous attention. It shows that you must proceed with extreme focus and carefulness.
