All shipping is via U.S. Postal Service Domestic, Fedex Ground and International Air Mail unless otherwise specified. Please allow 10-14 days for shipping and handling. Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders to a P.O. Box. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Please allow 5 days for processing of your order. Once shipped, your order will be received in 5-7 days. New York residents pay 8.375% sales tax.
International orders may take several weeks depending on the country and shipping method. There may be additional local customs or import duties once your order arrives in your country. Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For example, an order containing both DVDs and books may be listed as follows:

* DVDs value: $30.00

International Orders
